Lifestyle Listing Packages
What is a lifestyle block? There's no official definition for lifestyle blocks, which means the line between farms and residential properties is easily blurred. But put simply, if you can mow the lawns with a hand mower, it's a residential property. If you need a ride on, it's a lifestyle block - and further, if you need a tractor, it's a farm. Lifestyle blocks have a huge range of sizes, but the average is just under four hectares.

Photography
Standard delivery is 1–2 business days — though 90% of jobs are delivered within 24 hours. Peak seasons may affect turnaround. Please advise of any urgent deadlines at booking.
Every image is professional editing — colour correction, lens refinement, reflection removal, window enhancements, and exterior sky replacements where specified by the client.

Twilight Photography
Captured during the sunset or sunrise hours, twilight photography transforms how a property presents. It's often the difference between a good listing and an unforgettable one. ~60 minutes

Architectural Style - 30-40 photos - $450
30-40 photos to showcase the homes design with an added touch of creative flair. I use different lenses, focal lengths to accentuate the property's design. Imaging are captured inline with the clients vision. Ideal for AirBnB, Commercial business sites, building companies and designers. ~120 minutes.

Drone/Aerial Photography
I hold an Advanced UAS (Drone) Remote Pilot Certificate for Drone operations conducted under Civil Aviation Rule Part 101 and for Drone operations conducted for a Part 102 certificated organisation.
Drone operations in ATC Restricted areas may not be available or have additional restrictions. Air Traffic Control will advise before we proceed.
Drone Photography
Ideal for commercial properties, exteriors and sections. Indicative boundary lines added as supplied by the client. ~45 minutes.

Videography

Branded 4K videos
4K video includes your branding + optional agent intro & outro + agent clips + soundtrack + sound design + colour grading. A 1080p version can also be supplied by request.

Travel + Payment Terms
Travel is charged at $1.00 plus gst per km
Travel is calculated and charged using the "From destination" and "To destination" km estimation from Google Maps. eg. Eketahuna to "your booking address." These will be shown on your invoice in addition to our services. Please use the travel costs below as a guide only. Please refer to the IRD Kilometre rate 2024-2025 for more information.
Payment Terms
All pricing is plus GST. Payment Terms are Strictly 7 Days from the Date of Invoice. Automated email reminders are sent when outstanding invoices are 7, 14 and 21 days overdue.
