Lifestyle Photo + Video Packages
What is a lifestyle block? There's no official definition for lifestyle blocks, which means the line between farms and residential properties is easily blurred. But put simply, if you can mow the lawns with a hand mower, it's a residential property. If you need a ride on, it's a lifestyle block - and further, if you need a tractor, it's a farm. Lifestyle blocks have a huge range of sizes, but the average is just under four hectares.

Photography
I aim to deliver your photography back to you within 1 business day or within 24 hours of the shoot time. 90% of my jobs are processed and delivered back to the client 1 business day or within 24 hours of the shoot time.
I will try my best to prioritise any urgent jobs but please let me know your urgency at the time of booking. These timeframes are a guide only and lead-times are depend on my current workload.
Photos are professionally edited and hand blended with Brightness & Contrast Adjustment, Color Correction, Lens Distortion Correction, Photographer & Reflection Removal, Interior Window Improvements and Exterior Sky Replacements (If required with photos specified by the client)
Lifestyle 30-40 photos - $380
Lifestyle Property ~30-40 photos. Ride on mower = Lifestyle block. ~75 minutes
Premium 20-30 photos - $300

Dusk/Twilight Photography ~5-10 photos - $300
Twilight photos are taken at the perfect time of day—the golden hour—just after sunset or at sunrise, and they can make all the difference in the final presentation of a property. ~60 minutes

Fast HDR up to 30 photos - $200
Fast HDR listing photos with natural looking results & super fast turnaround. Any size house but they must be ready to shoot upon arrival. Ideally these are vacant with no vendors or tenants present. Homes should be de-cluttered, lights on, rubbish bins removed and ready to go. SAME DAY delivery available. ~30 minutes
add 5 photos $50, add sky replacements or photoshop removals $5 per photo. First 5 are free.

Architectural Style - 35 photos - $450
Up to 35 photos to showcase the homes design with an added touch of creative flair. I use different lenses, focal lengths to accentuate the property's design. Imaging are captured inline with the clients vision. Ideal for Commercial business sites, building companies and designers. ~120 minutes.

Drone/Aerial Photography
I hold an Advanced UAS (Drone) Remote Pilot Certificate for Drone operations conducted under Civil Aviation Rule Part 101 and for Drone operations conducted for a Part 102 certificated organisation.
Drone operations in ATC Restricted areas may not be available or have additional restrictions. Air Traffic Control will advise before we proceed.
Drone Photography ~ 10 photos - $250
Drone/Aerial Photography - up to 10 photos.
Ideal for commercial properties and sections. Indicative boundary lines added as supplied by the client ~45 minutes.
Drone Video - $250 per minute
Drone/Aerial Video is charged per minute of edited video.

Videography
Please note a minimum of 2 business days (48 hours) is required for video editing. Spring through summer can get very busy and turn around times may increase. I aim to deliver your Video content back to you after 2 business days (48 hours) and 90% of my jobs are processed and delivered back to the client within 2 business days (48 hours). I will try my best to prioritise any urgent jobs but please let me know your urgency at the time of booking. These timeframes are only intended as a guide and lead-times are depend on my current workload.
Branded 4K videos
4K video includes your branding + optional agent intro & outro + agent clips + soundtrack + sound design + colour grading. A 1080p version can also be supplied by request.

Floorplans are captured using scanning technology. Scans can be deemed highly reliable but not guaranteed. Floorplans exceeding 400 m2 in total will incur an extra charge.
